For short stay it is £400 per week.

2) Double room - Bright room with fireplace, wood floor, double bed dining table with chairs, 2 armchairs, shelf unit.
There's a small balcony.
For couples rent per month would be £2000 for long term.
For short stay( Less then 3 month) it is £650 per week.
For less then 1 month stay It is £120 inc. bills per day.

Shared kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, fridge.
5 min from Earls Court tube. 10 min from High Street Kensington and Holland Park. 5 -10 min to Tesco and Sainsbury's supermarkets.

The rooms are only for working professionals or students paying in advance. This is not a party flat.
No smoking and no pets.

I will require: work reference, previous landlord , copy of your passport, 6 months bank statements, 6 months pay slips. For students also student card and letter from college.

Bills are not included .
