Living Room Use: The living room serves as my personal workspace when I am in town. However, whenever I am away, you are completely welcome to use it, provided everything is looked after and kept clean.

Pristine Cleanliness: Whoever I take on must keep the flat in an immaculate, pristine, clean condition when I am not around.

💰 RENT & BILLS

Rent: £1000 per month.

Bills: All Bills and council tax are included, except for electricity £50 and other utilities £50 per month.
