Double Room for One Female in Kentish Town

Hi. Looking for a lovely new female lodger to come and live with us in our large, characterful, Victorian house in Kentish Town.
The house is on a quiet, tree lined road but is only 5 mins from KT tube with numerous buses from the end of the road. The area is really vibrant with loads of pubs, cafes, shops and is a short walk to Hampstead Heath for walking in nature, running and swimming. We are also less than 10 mins from Tufnell Park tube, KT West or Gospel Oak overground stations.
The room itself is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and shelves and has a large sash window making it light. (Anything else in the pic belongs to the current lodger). There are high ceilings, a large sash window overlooking the street, making the room light and airy and a wool fitted carpet. The room measures 14.3ft x 9.10ft (4.34m x 3m) plus alcoves.
There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower and a shared kitchen large enough for dining and socialising.
I have a very friendly dog and two cuddly hypo-allergenic cats.
I am a musician/artist and spend time gardening or fixing things around the house. The others are a design and architecture teacher and a jewellery designer/technician. We're definitely not a party house, so we're looking for someone with a mature outlook who wants a friendly, respectful and reasonably quiet home environment.
