Hello,
I am looking for a lodger for a lovely 3-bedroom flat in Kentish Town between Camden Market, Regents Canal and Hampstead Heath.

The flat is on the first floor with a balcony and a garden, full of daylight and well equipped. The room is a double bedroom, on the 2nd floor with the following:
- king-size bed
- wardrobe
- desk

There is plenty of storage space under the bed.

The flat is well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.

Ideal person would be relaxed and mature. creative flair is a plus!

Price includes bills, Wi Fi + a bi-weekly cleaning.

The neighbourhood and safe and friendly with good transport links, 7 minutes from the Overground, 10 from Thameslink, 15 minutes from Chalk Farm tube station. Kentish Town tube station is closed till the summer).

Lots of nice cafes and restaurants on the high street.
