Conveniently located between Kentish Town and Tufnell park the flat it’s a one bedroom with kitchen and living room as well as toilet with bathtub - light flooded with both a balcony and a terrace. The flat comes as a sublet for the summer months and we have some flexibility. Ideally you’d stay for the period between 23rd of August and 7th of September, dates are slightly flexible.. All utilities are included, there’s an air purifier, central heating, shower filter, water reversed osmosis filtering machine and both fridge and freezer. Neighbors are lovely and the area is safe as well as well connected. Only 15mins walk away you find the beautiful Hampstead Heath park.
