THE FLAT
2 bedrooms, shared living room and a separate shower & toilet. 2 min walk from Kentish Town station (Northern & Thameslink!), 15 mins to Camden, and 15 mins to Hampstead Heath. Heaps of coffee shops, bookshops, pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets on our doorstep.
THE HOUSEMATE
Looking for the Spareroom classic - someone who is easygoing, clean, and friendly! Not a party flat, but looking to create a homely, social vibe. LGBTQ+ friendly house 🏳️🌈. You'll be joining my current housemate, who will also be around for viewings!
THE LOGISTICS
I'm making the (questionable) decision of buying my own place and so looking for someone to replace me. With the new renter rights, it'll be a rolling contract. I haven't got a confirmed exchange date yet - I'm anticipating mid Oct but this may change. Therefore, someone with a certain degree of flexibility might be a better fit at this stage.
