Lovely bright double room available in Kentish Town for long term let in a friendly, sociable house.

The house:
This is a three-floor flat in Kentish Town with a large kitchen and living room, so there’s plenty of communal space. There are two bathrooms so you'd be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate. The room has a double bed and furniture including a bedside table, desk, clothes rail and chest of drawers.

The flat is on a quiet road but only a 5-minute walk from Kentish Town station. We’re also a 15-minute walk from Kentish Town West overground. Kentish Town is very accessible and it’s super easy to get to central London from here. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the high street, which has lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs to enjoy. We’re about a 20-minute walk to lovely Hampstead Heath on one end, or the same amount of time to Camden Town and the beautiful Regents Park on the other end.

THE FLATMATES:
We are three female professionals aged in our late twenties to early thirties. Our flat is fairly sociable and we like to hang out in the living room sometimes watching tv together or catching up, but we also all have our own things going on :)

We like to keep the place clean and tidy, and are looking for someone who can do the same.

RENT/BILLS/DEPOSIT:
The rent is £785 a month and bills work out usually around £100 a month (council tax, energy, water and Wifi).

The first month’s rent would need to be paid before you move in plus a deposit.

Timings are a little tight as we’re looking for someone to move in from 2nd November, so will be organising viewings from Monday 19th October :) please get in touch asap if you’re interested!
