I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in this gorgeous 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in Kentish Town. I’ve been living here for two years with my sister, but she has decided to move out early next year for her job.

Good sized double room with built in storage and bedside lamps. The bed and mattress are included. This is the larger of the two bedrooms.

Modern 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat, with a large bright open-plan living room/kitchen area. Lots of new built-in furnishings, and even under-floor heating (although I’ve barely used it as the flat keeps warmth very well!). The flat is on the second floor of a small, modern complex, and has a small balcony.

Rent: £1,400 pcm
Bills: Approx. £170 pcm

I’m looking for a professional female, ideally late 20s-early 30s, who is pretty chill, friendly, and clean and tidy. This flat is my sanctuary away from the craziness of London life, so I’d love to live with someone who treats it the same way. Ideally you’ll be looking to stay for at least 12 months.

You’ll be living with me, Mia, 32, works in marketing. I like staying fit and healthy, going to exhibitions and concerts, fashion and creative things. I like to watch F1, Physical 100, a chill anime or sci-fi drama, so if you’re into any of these that’s a plus too!
