Temporary short-term let in Kidbrooke SE3

Short-term let 6 weeks beginning 31 December 2026 while I am away travelling!

I'd prefer to let for the entire 6 weeks period but open to discussing shorter periods.

Modern 1 Bed Flat in Kidbrooke in a modern building part of a secure estate with concierge. We are in a secure family-friendly estate very close to the train station and communal parks all around.

Flat features a spacious open plan kitchen and living room with great views and ample natural light, bedroom, bathroom and utility space.

Easy access to public transport via trains (1min walk to Kidbrooke station) or buses (2 mins walk) for travel to Central London, Greenwich, Canary Wharf etc.

Easy access to stores (Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury's) and cafés (all within minutes reach).

The flat is fully furnished with all necessary amenities as it is my primary residence.

Council tax and wifi included. Other bills will be paid by usage using metre reading (electric and hot water).

Free access to resident gym and bike storage space available in the building.
