Short term let: Modern single room in cosy home

Hello! I’m looking for a lovely, friendly housemate to join me for a short term let from 1st November to 18th December - perfect for someone needing a cosy home before Christmas.

About the room and flat
You’ll have a bright, modern single room in a small, cosy flat within a safe, new build estate. The room comes furnished with a single bed and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. The flat has a clean, modern bathroom (with bathtub, overhead shower and heated towel rail) and a fully equipped kitchen with oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher and a washer dryer.

Who this would suit
I’m ideally looking for a female working professional, bonus points if you’re vegetarian or vegan. You’ll be sharing with me (live‑in landlord) who enjoys the gym, seeing friends and getting stuck into a good book.

Because the flat is small, it’s best suited to someone who works in the office full‑time or hybrid (3+ days a week in the office). Full-time WFH unfortunately isn’t possible.

If you value a respectful, clean and friendly home, you’ll fit right in. I’m always up for a chat, a TV show or a cheeky glass of wine, but also appreciate independence, privacy and a tidy space.

The local area
The neighbourhood has a genuinely lovely vibe - safe, friendly and lots of things located close by for convenience. Within a 5–7 minute walk you’ll find Aldi, small Tesco, Sainsbury’s Local, PureGym and Starbucks. The train station is just 3 minutes away, with direct trains to London Cannon Street, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Victoria.
