SHORT LET: Double Bills inc (Nov 25 - Mar/Apr 26)

KILBURN/WEST HAMPSTEAD/CRICKLEWOOD - SHORT LET: Double room available (for female only please) on a short let basis from mid (9th) or end (28th) November for 2-5 months whilst I am away in Japan for the winter ski season. Flat to share with my lovely flatmate, Heidi (42), a music teacher who is a keen climber and enjoys skiing, cycling and yoga.

Bills (council tax, water & sewage, gas, electricity, WIFI/internet, TV license ALL included.

Double room is fully-furnished with a in-built wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and fold-down desk/chair ideal for home-working. For home working, there is a foldable desk in the room and also a large height- adjustable stand-up desk (not in photo) in the lounge that you can use.

The flat is on the top floor (4th) in an attractive Edwardian period building, with stunning views from the balcony overlooking the large communal garden and West London. There is a working lift.

The purpose-built flat is newly decorated, fully furnished and has a newly-fitted kitchen with all mod-cons (w/machine, dish-washer, gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave), large lounge/dining room with great views from the balcony, bathroom (with stand-up power shower), and separate toilet. Wireless internet connection.

Parking is first-come-first served- on the private road. Local Brent parking permits are also cheap (circa £100/year).

There is a new gym, Coop & Budgens supermarket/ATM, and pharmacy, all just 300 metres from the flat.

Transport: The flat is conveniently located 5 minutes from Kilburn station (Jubilee Line, Zone 2) and Brondesbury Overground station with easy access to central London, the city and Canary Wharf.

NB. I will be leaving some things hidden away in the room but there will be a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table available for use.
