We’re looking for a female flatmate, mid twenties to early thirties. Our current flat mate Millie is moving to Australia 😭 and the room is free from 1st April. We’re three girls, looking for our fourth flat mate. We’re looking for someone social able, clean and tidy with a nice chilled vibe who will slot into our gorgeous home 🌷

Evie 27, works in digital marketing, Tahira 32, works as a civil servant, Daisy, 35, works as an actress and voice artist.

We are sociable and hang out together (eg go out for drinks, make plans around London or have tv and drinks night at home etc) but also have our own plans and have our chill time.

Flat is homely, bright, clean, and spacious. Well connected to central London and airports with multiple stations and bus stops down the road. A lot of shops nearby, and walking distance to Queens Park (10 mins) and West Hampstead (5mins)

Room is spacious and bright, with a lot of storage, mantel piece, and double bed.
We're looking for someone friendly, outgoing, working professional in office at least twice a week, clean, and considerate.

DETAILS
Female working professionals preferred
Rent: £980 pcm without bills
Bills: £100-150 each monthly. Including cleaner every fortnight
References: both professional and landlord references required
Deposit: first month of rent to be paid in advance
Duration: 6 months contract, then rolling on a monthly basis (meaning you give one month notice before moving out).
