We have 3 lovely rooms available in a friendly, welcoming house.

💷 Rent:

• Larger room: £990 per month (excluding bills) — this room also has its own door leading out to the garden.
• Two smaller rooms: £880 per month each (excluding bills).
• Bills are usually around £110–£140 per month.

The house is shared with me, Briana, 32, and Hinna. I’m a nanny and work full-time out of the house, while Hinna works in exams. She also works out of the house on some days and from home on others.

We’re ideally looking for 3 friendly, down-to-earth people who enjoy having a chat in the evening, are respectful, sociable and, most importantly, clean and considerate.

We do occasionally have friends over, and you’d absolutely be welcome to have your friends over too. We’d love the house to feel relaxed and homely rather than just somewhere you come back to sleep.

There is currently a dog living in the house, but he’ll be leaving soon. Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed. 🐶
