We have a small double bedroom becoming available in our fully refurbished, clean and modern flatshare right on Kilburn High Road.

The room is the smallest of the three bedrooms, but it comes fully furnished with:

The flat is spread over two floors.

1st floor:

* Fully equipped modern kitchen
* Dishwasher
* Oven

* Plenty of storage
* 1st Bathroom

2nd floor:

* Three bedrooms, with the available room being the smallest
* Second bathroom

We also have a small living room/common room with a sofa, TV and table. We mainly use this space for laundry, but it’s also a nice little area to sit and chill.

The flat is in clean, modern condition and has lots of storage, so there’s plenty of space to keep things organised.

📍 The area

The location is really well connected. Kilburn High Road gives you easy access to:

* 🚇 Jubilee Line
* 🚇 Bakerloo Line
* 🚆 Two Overground stations
* 🚆 Around a 10-minute walk to Thameslink West Hampstead

You also have pretty much everything you need on your doorstep, including Aldi, M&S, Sainsbury’s and loads of other shops and supermarkets.

For shopping and essentials, there are also places like Boots, Superdrug, TK Maxx, Primark and many independent shops, cafés and restaurants along the High Road.

🌳 Queen’s Park is around a 10-minute walk away, which is great if you want some green space nearby.

You’d be sharing with me and another person.

We’re a queer-friendly household, and we’re both pretty chill and easy-going. We both work in Marketing and work hybrid, so we’re sometimes at home and sometimes in the office.

We hang out from time to time, maybe have a beer together, but everyone generally has their own routine and does their own thing. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and respectful and who wants a relaxed, comfortable home.

The main thing we really care about is cleanliness — especially keeping the kitchen, bathrooms and other common areas clean and tidy. We’re not expecting the place to be spotless 24/7, just looking for someone who naturally cleans up after themselves and respects the shared space.

The landlord will carry out the usual referencing/background checks before the tenancy is agreed.

You’ll also need to provide evidence of your Right to Rent in England as part of the landlord’s standard checks.
