Looking for a third flatmate – Kilburn – approx. £860 pcm

Hi! We’re Domiziana and Andre, two Italians looking for a third person to join us in applying for a lovely three-bedroom flat on Burton Road, Kilburn.

We’ve already viewed the flat and would love to move forward. The agency needs all three applicants confirmed before submitting our offer to the landlord, so we’re looking for someone ready to proceed soon.

The room and flat:
• Furnished double bedroom — the smallest of the three, but still a comfortable size
• Rent is 2600£ per month (3000£ of deposit); Approximately £860 per month (to be confirmed with agency)
• Heating included; other bills extra
• Shared living room/open-plan kitchen and a private balcony
• Close to Kilburn Underground and Brondesbury Park station
• Available from 9 November

About us:
Andre works full-time, and I work part-time alongside my university studies. We’re friendly and enjoy spending time together, but also respect each other’s privacy and downtime. We’d love a clean, relaxed home where everyone contributes to keeping shared spaces tidy and communicates openly.

Andre has two calm, well-behaved cats, so being comfortable living with cats is essential. We’re also smokers and would respect the landlord’s smoking rules, so we’re looking for someone comfortable with having smokers as flatmates.

Ideally, we’re looking for a woman in full-time employment who is considerate, tidy and easy-going, and ready to complete the agency’s referencing process.

Please note: the flat is not secured yet — we would be applying together, subject to the landlord’s approval.
