Description
Looking for someone to replace me in bright and airy NW2 flat 🌞
Move in from the beginning of November, viewings ASAP!
The Room is really big, it comes with the bed frame, a sofa, cupboard, drawers and 2 bedside tables. There’s lots of space under the bed for storage.
The flat is very big with a separate kitchen and living room, and also benefits from a fire exit/balcony area where we often sit and have breakfast/coffee as well as a huge shared garden downstairs. It is a top floor flat with views out across London. Great transport links
The flat is located a short walk from Kilburn high road which has a huge variety of shops, pubs etc. and also a 15 minutes walk to West Hampstead (West end Lane) through Mill Lane which which has lots of bars, pubs and great charity/vintage shops has a lovely community feel with lots of cafes and an arts club a 5 min walk away.
The building is on a pavement, and there are 6 more steps to get into the main entrance. Entrance to the building is via a fob. Inside there is a lift and the flat is on the fourth floor. The flat itself has spacious hallways. Not scent free.
Neurodivergent friendly.
420 friendly.
one of the housemates, has four bunnies and a parrot in their room, so we would not be able to accept dogs or cats! Small animals which would not affect the bunnies would be no problem.
Transport Links:
7 minutes walk to Kilburn station (Jubilee line)
10 minutes walk to Brondesbury (Mildmay overground
Thameslink (runs direct to Luton, Brighton etc) from Cricklewood (15 mins walk) or West Hampstead (15-20 mins walk).
Shops
10 minutes walk to Co-op
7 minutes walk to tesco express
18 minutes bus to Tesco Superstore
Can also park lime bikes directly outside the building.
You’ll be living with:
Jesse (24, they/he/she) and Jenson (24, he/him), both musicians working in hospitality.
Grace and Angelika (21) only moved in this year in August, they’re a couple so they’re renting one room, Grace studies Journalism and Angelika also works in hospitality
We are all quite busy so it’s totally fine if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself, or if you’d like to join for coffee in the morning/ a brunch moment then that’s great also! Not a party flat but not opposed for special occasions.
Queer people to the front, but open to anyone if the vibe is right. No tories/terfs/etc. Message me with a bit about yourself ✨💗
