The bedroom available is the Master bedroom which has great light during the day ... with a shower en-suite ( with good water pressure) ... there is currently a double bed futon and some clothing storage available if needed … otherwise it’s up to you to decorate with your own bed/style/ bedding ... in a very clean and well kept flat with the usual mod cons ( washing machine/ oven/ microwave ) - available 25th May 2024 ...

Most bills are included in the rent amount ( see end of ad )

Great transport links ... Very close to Kilburn Park Tube (5min walk) , Queen’s Park tube (5 min walk) and Kilburn High street / Kilburn train station (7 - 10 min walk) .
Eg: takes 7mins on tube to Paddington
Takes 20- 25 mins on tube to get to Oxford Circus

I am looking for a clean and tidy ADULT ( with good personal hygiene ie: washes their hands ... showers at least once a day , uses deodorant. 😉) who is honest, responsible, considerate and trust worthy , who will be respectful of my privacy and belongings , basically a good person who actually has and understands what common sense and decency is 😊 …. someone who is wanting a chilled out and peaceful and safe “home” versus just somewhere to sleep … would be nice to have someone who enjoys cooking and occasionally sharing a meal but not necessary

I have zero tolerance for drug use or alcoholism ... as I don't want that type of nightmare in my life

This is a long term residency ( 6 month minimum ) and yes proof of ID / work/ references are required ... because let's face it people lie

I am a Kiwi ( with a mild house plant addiction🪴 😁) who has lived and worked all over the world thanks to a former career in the fashion / film/ music industry ... I have been living in this flat for 10 years now (my old flat mate lived with me for over 9 years and he's like family now ) and am (generally) a calm, tidy, clean and considerate person who is respectful of other’s privacy and belongings .

I am looking for a flat mate who will always pay their rent on time and pay for their share of household bills/ utilities promptly ... y'know like a real adult 😉

The deposit and rent are non negotiable ( because this is not an illegal sublet ) ... and most of the monthly bills and utilities are included in the rent price ( except for gas and electricity )
Sky / Broadband/ Council tax / TV licence / Prime/ Netflix/ Disney/ under floor Heating/ Hot water etc

Gas and Electricity are paid monthly and the bills depend on usage... approx £30-£40 per person per month ...
please note this cost is with no one working from home
