Good size room with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, small table. Wifi. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Must be mature and self-sufficient.
Agree with my efforts to live sustainably eg by using energy, water and resources sparingly.
(Washing machine not working at the moment). I occasionally smoke, therefore not a completely smoke free flat.
Share cleaning. No overnight guests.
'Right to rent check' required.
I am a vegetarian therefore it would not be possible to share with someone who cooks meat or fish.
A cat companion might be considered.
