a terraced, two-storey house, on a main street, strategically located between Angel (4 min) and Kings Cross (10 min) tube stations, bus stops right outside the door, food supermarket 42 seconds away (we have counted), post office less than half that, close to Regent's canal - for picturesque and tranquil walks - Camden Town and Regent's Park in one direction, London Fields and Victoria Park in the other direction. we have a photography studio, historical toilet, Infinity Studio (that is done with two facing mirrors) and - guess what - even a street window / gallery !
Internet, washing machine, fridge-freezer, room has wardrobe and mirror, desk, filing cabinet on request. there is no TV.

share with friendly, easy-going house owner couple of creatives (visual arts, photography, web, writing), we run a company supporting creativity, have a global Democratise Art project, we speak languages (English, French, Spanish and Polish), are strictly international - often away in France and Spain.

we have other homes - in Paris (France), in Valencia and Marbella (Spain).
we are looking for like-minded, compatible professional people to share with - example: you can rent the room but spent some of your time in Marbella or Paris - or... you can not rent the room just yet, but already have access to our facilities in Spain and France. flexibility is the key and, above all, we are looking for common interests and a compatible world view, in these difficult times - please provide information about yourself when responding to this ad.
