Living together in the flat for more than a year, good relationship with others, no issues in the flat really
But he will be moving out after Mar sometime…
So another roommate will be joining at some point (male or female)
Also, flat has all household (hoover, iron) & small kitchen appliances (espresso machine, kettle, toasters). Lots of cutlery in the flat as well.
Which you are more than welcome to use and/or bring your own things as well.
Extra storage space for suitcases, shoes, etc…at the end of the hallway.
