I’m 33 and work professionally in the hair industry. I’m quite an active person and spend a lot of my free time out of the house — I enjoy bouldering, roller skating, and generally keeping busy.
I’m looking for a flatmate who has a similar lifestyle: someone independent, who is also out and about, but who enjoys coming home to a relaxed and chilled house. I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat or share a glass of wine now and then, but I also really value privacy and having our own space. I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy and easy-going who feels the same.
The room is spacious and has lots of storage, so there’s plenty of room to make it your own. The house is in the King’s Cross area, which is really central and well connected, so it’s a great location for getting around London.
There’s loads to do nearby, with Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard just around the corner for restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. You can also walk along the Regent’s Canal, visit Coal Drops Yard at the weekend, or head into central London very easily. King’s Cross and St Pancras also have excellent transport links, making it really convenient for both work and exploring the city.
Overall, I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable, relaxed home rather than a party house — somewhere we can both enjoy our own lives while still being friendly and having the occasional drink or dinner together.
