The flat is a 10 min walk to UCL and SOAS, 15 mins to LSE, and 20-25 mins to King's College. It's a 7 minute run to the canal, and a 10-15 min run to Regent's Park. St. George's Park Gardens is 2 mins stroll away.

The weekly rent per room reflects the different sizes of the bedrooms, although both have double beds. It will be up to the sharers to decided on the amount of rent per room, as the rent must be paid in one tranche monthly.
