Sadly, my current flatmate is leaving due to an unexpected emergency, so we’re looking for someone to take over the remaining 6 months of the lease, with the option to extend for another year with me.

The flat is a well-maintained 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom property with a shared living room. You’d be sharing with ONLY one other female flatmate (me 😊), an architect and urban designer who’s tidy, respectful, and enjoys a calm, friendly home environment. It’s ideal for a professional working full-time.

I’m a friendly and creative person who enjoys a good chat and sharing the occasional dinner. My weekdays are usually quite busy, but outside of work, I’m relaxed and fun to be around. I like having a cosy, welcoming home - so while music and good vibes are always welcome, it’s definitely not a party flat.

Tesco and Sainsbury’s are both within a 10-minute walk for easy everyday shopping. Chapel Market is also close by. Many fitness gyms in the area. Off-license stores 2 min walk away.
