Bright Single Room - 10 mins from King’s Cross (Available September)

I’m looking for a new flatmate to renew the lease with for another year starting this September. The room is a bright single in a 2-bed flat, about a 10-minute walk from King’s Cross. It’s very central and well-connected, right in the Camden/Angel area with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Chapel Market and plenty of restaurants/pubs right downstairs.

The flat itself has a shared living room, gets really good natural light and feels like a proper home.

You’d be living with me-I’m an architect/urban designer who works in a design agency. I have a fairly busy weekday routine, keep the place tidy and respect personal space. I like the flat to be a calm, peaceful environment to unwind in after creative work so it's not a party house though I'm always up for a casual chat or sharing a dinner now and then.

My current flatmate, who is moving out to return home, is an Italian pediatrician doing a PhD at UCL. We've had a really great, respectful and fun living dynamic and I’m looking for someone similar - either a full-time working professional or a postgraduate/PhD student who is tidy, considerate and looking for a comfortable home rather than just a place to crash.. I’ve had really good experiences with my previous flatmates of different nationalities.

P. S: I make really good kimchi-avo toast for breakfast! :)

Rent: £1,100/month (excluding bills)
Bills: around £200/month each (incl. WiFi)
Council Tax Band: C

I’m planning to renew the lease for another year so ideally looking for someone who’d like to stay on longer-term.
