Bright Single Room – 10 mins from King’s Cross (Available September)

I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out at the end of our lease. The room is a bright single in a 2-bed flat, about a 10-minute walk from King’s Cross; super central and really well connected.

The flat has a shared living room and gets good light and this Camden neighbourhood is great, everything you need is within walking distance. There’s Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Chapel Market, gyms, cafes and even off-license shops right downstairs which is very handy.

You’d be living with me - I’m an architect/urban designer, pretty easygoing, tidy and respectful of space. I have a busy weekday routine but I’m always up for a chat or the occasional shared dinner. I like the flat to feel calm and homely so it’s not really a party place but music and a good vibe are always welcome.

Looking for someone who’s working full-time (or similar), considerate and wants a comfortable, peaceful home rather than just a place to crash. I’ve had really good experiences with my previous flatmates and would love to find a similar fit again.

Rent: £1,200/month (excluding bills)
Bills: around £200/month each (incl. WiFi)
Council Tax Band: C

I’m planning to renew the lease for another year, so ideally looking for someone who’d like to stay on longer-term.
