I’m looking to sublet one room from Nov-April (flexible). The room is a bright single in a 2-bed flat, about a 10-minute walk from King’s Cross. It’s very central and well-connected, right in the Camden/Angel area with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Chapel Market and plenty of restaurants/pubs right downstairs.
The flat itself has a shared living room, gets really good natural light and feels like a proper home.
You’d be living with me-I’m an urban designer. I have a fairly busy weekday routine. I like the flat to be a calm, peaceful environment to unwind in after creative work so it's not a party house though I'm always up for a casual chat or sharing a dinner now and then.
My current flatmate, who is going for an exchange program, is an Italian professional doctor, will be back May onwards. We've had a really great, respectful and fun living dynamic and I’m looking for someone similar - a full-time working professional who is tidy and considerate and is looking for a temporary home. I’ve had really good experiences with my previous flatmates of different nationalities.
P. S: I make really good kimchi-avo toast for breakfast!
Rent: £1,000/month (excluding bills)
Bills: around £200/month each (incl. WiFi)
