You will be sharing the space with one live-in owner, Andrea, a 34-year-old transfemme academic/professional, and two affectionate British Shorthair cats Willibald and Chowmein.

The room measures approximately 2.5 x 3.2m and is furnished with a double bed and new mattress, desk, shelving, and built-in storage. It has direct access to the balcony, and the private bathroom, located directly across the hallway, is for the tenant’s sole use at all times. Additional built-in storage for coats and shoes is also available near the entrance.

The flat itself is architecturally distinctive, with dramatic arched windows, high ceilings (almost 4m), mostly south-facing light, air conditioning (absolutely necessary in summer now), underfloor heating, and a generous shared living and dining space.
