The room is available from August 15th ideally for at least a year. Rent is £1200 per month (excluding bills). Bills including council tax range 100-200 per person depending on the time of year. Deposit is 1 month rent. Reference required

* Plenty of storage with a wardrobe (with plenty of hangers), shelves.

About the Apartment
* Ground-floor with a small garden surrounding the flat. In the summer, we can do bbq and chill outside.
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooking wares, and utensils. So you can just move in with your suitcase :)
* Modern bathroom with shower and bathtub
* Quiet and residential neighborhood
* Please note: The flat already has a cat named Ellie. She’s really shy, and you don't have to let her in your room if you don't want to.
