Spacious double between King's Cross & Angel

After 8 happy years here, I'm heading off travelling, so I'm looking for someone relaxed and friendly to take over my room from 1st December 2026.

The flat:
It's a friendly flatshare of four, with three of us staying on. We're all professionals aged 35 or under, and we get on well. Some evenings we're cooking and chatting in the kitchen / shared living room, other nights we're out at gigs, the cinema or a gallery. Between us we love live music, festivals, travel, film, art and museums, so if that sounds like you, you'll fit right in.

The room:
A spacious double bedroom, fully furnished. The bathroom is shared with a separate toilet.

The location:
This is the best thing about the flat. You're a 10-15 minute walk from both King's Cross and Angel stations, and only minutes away from regents canal surrounded by pubs, restaurants, a cinema and supermarkets. There's also a garden at the rear of the property

The cost:
£910 per month, with everything included: council tax, water, electricity, high-speed wifi, TV licence, and a cleaner every two weeks, so the shared spaces stay fresh. Deposit: £900.

The landlord:
A really good, attentive private landlord. In eight years, issues have always been dealt with quickly and properly. A new tenancy will be offered.

Someone relaxed, friendly and easy to live with, who enjoys a good chat in the kitchen/lounge as much as time to themselves. Bonus points for good music and exhibition recommendations!
