Lovely double room available in a beautiful modern 3 bedroom flat very close to Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross St. Pancreas.
The room (and flat in general) gets lots of light and has ample storage including a new small double ottoman bed and 4 door spacious wardrobe. There’s also a private W/C for sole-use however the main bathroom is shared. The flat is clean, quiet, and perfectly located near both Kings Cross underground and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station.
Rent is £1200 per month + around 150 £ bills.
2 month's rent is required as a deposit.
Someone who doesn’t work 100% remotely is preferable although the flat is quiet during the daytime throughout the majority of the week.
You'll be sharing with a friendly mother and son who have a busy schedule and spend lots of time out of the home due to extra curricular activities after school/ work so will often have the flat to yourself until the evening. Upside of that is after 8pm the flat is very calm and peaceful but as a child is in the house someone with a DBS is preferred.
