The room is furnished, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk chair etc. The large room is very bright and overlooks the garden, the toilet provided is located on the lower floor.

The property is in zone 4, quiet and very close to shops, banks and a large park, 8 minutes' walk from Kingsbury underground station (Jubilee line) at easy reach to central London.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher.

The right person must have the right to rent, be tidy and clean, especially in communal spaces.
Willing to share the cleaning routine.
