2x Rooms in Quiet Flat w/ Living Room + Garden

Looking for 2x clean professional flatmates, one room available from 31/05/2026 and the other from 30/06/26. Bonus if you are Catholic. I am a professional, working in film industry.

Rotating cleaning plan for the whole flat every 2 weeks, so looking for clean and responsible flatmates that will stick to that plan. Alternatively, we can hire a cleaner on a regular basis.

All rooms are almost the same size so we split everything by 3. Some space in the living room is used to store my equipment, but there is still space for you to have a shelf and store your stuff as well.

Requirements:
- earning at least £25k per year, the estate agents will perform credit checks

Room 1 (available from 31/05/26) includes:
- Single sized bed (folds up into the wall wardrobe)
- Chair
- built in closet (deep into the wall)
- built in shelfs

Room 2 (available from 30/06/26) includes:
- Single sized bed
- TV
- Desk
- Chair
- built in closet
- built in shelf

Common areas:
- hallway
- small storage room
- living room
- large garden (! we do BBQ here sometimes)

Bills are all divided by 3:
- Rent (~£870)
- Common items for the flat (toilet paper etc.) as demanded
- Virgin Media Broadband (~£50 p. m.; 1000mb download - 100mb upload)
- EDF electricity & gas (~£100-150 p. m.)
- Thames Water (~£62 p. m.)
- Council tax (£192 p. m.)
