I’m moving out of my room in a lovely shared house in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Station, around 5 minutes from Portobello Market and a 15-minute bus ride to Westfield Shepherd’s Bush.

The area has plenty of local gyms, shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, with everything you need within walking distance.

The house is a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom property spread over three floors, with a renovated kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and a small, cosy outdoor area.

There are currently four other girls living in the house, all aged between 27–30. They are all working professionals, and it’s a friendly, all-female house share with a relaxed, non-party atmosphere. We’re therefore looking for someone who is also a working professional and would fit well with the current house dynamic. One of the girls also has a little kitten.

Move-in date: Sunday 1 November 2026
Rent: £795 per month
Bills: Around £82 per month, although these may be slightly higher during the winter months due to increased gas usage for heating.

Room furniture: The nightstand, desk and chair, and mirror are not included as part of the room. However, I’d be happy to sell all of these together for a one-off price if you’d like to keep them.💕
