We’re looking for a lovely flatmate to sublet our spare room in our cosy two-bedroom flat in W10!
The flat has a spacious living room, a clean bathroom, a separate kitchen and two balconies — perfect for a bit of outdoor space in London. We’re in a great location, within easy reach of both Notting Hill and Golborne Road Market, with lots of lovely cafés, shops and restaurants nearby.
My partner Tom and I have lived here for two years and absolutely love it. Our friend has recently moved out, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over the other room.
We’re looking for someone to move in ASAP, ideally for 6 months to a year. The rent is £900 per month, including all bills.
We both work full-time, are easy-going, considerate and take pride in keeping our home clean and comfortable.
