Hello, my name is Amber. I'm a pre-doctoral researcher in social sciences. I'm looking for a flatmate to share a bright and beautiful maisonette in Notting Hill.

Your room is located on the 2nd floor of a secure building in a quiet residential area. You will have your own use of the family bathroom next to your room, with occasional visitor use. All bills included.

This is a comfortable home ideal for a clean, respectful professional. Here, you will enjoy a calm environment without missing out on the convenience of a central location.

The room and bathroom: a light and spacious room (105 sq ft / 10 sq m) for a single occupant
- Bed: currently a single bed. Enough space to replace with a double if you'd like to bring your own double bed.
- Home office: possible, desk and chair in your room
- Storage: an open wardrobe and built-in shelves in your room. Additional storage possible in other parts of the flat
- Bathroom: own use of the family bathroom next to your room. With bathtub. Occasionally used by visitors too.

The flat: three-bed flat. Shared space with me:
- Living room, with gas fire and a projector
- Kitchen: gas hob and oven, fridge, washer-dryer, dishwasher
- Terrace: foldable sun loungers

The building: the flat is a top-floor maisonette in a converted Victorian terraced townhouse. Two other households share the building entrance and hallway.

Parking: resident parking permit available upon application to council

Bills and council tax: all inclusive
- All utilities included: water, gas and electricity, wifi (500Mb fibre)
- Council tax included (Band F)

Location:
- A quiet, tree-lined residential road, close to Ladbroke Grove, Golborne Road, Portobello Road and all the other fabulous amenities of Notting Hill
- Ladbroke Grove tube station (Circle and Hammersmith and City) is less than 10-minute walk away
- Santander bike docks and Lime bike parkings within minutes walk
- Supermarkets: less than 10 minutes to a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local. 0.5mi from a big Sainsbury's.
