Double Room in Spacious House on Portobello Road

We are three young professionals and our fourth flat mate is moving out of London, so we are looking for a friendly person to fill his room. It’s available from early to mid June.
The room is a lovely and bright double with a large sash window and built in double wardrobe. It is furnished with a double bed and a desk can be provided upon request.

The flat has a main bathroom with shower bath and toilet, a further shower room and a small additional w/c.

We’ve always been two guys and two gals so are currently looking for another guy to keep the feng shui!

There are large communal areas and we enjoy spending time together when we are all in, sometimes cooking a meal and regularly enjoy a TV drama and sports. We aren’t party animals but we do enjoy a trip to the pub for after work drinks, cocktails in the flat and the occasional Sunday roast and Friday takeaway! It’s our full time home for each of us, so we’ve always kept a very homely vibe and enjoy chit chatting at the end of the day and generally just having a laugh.

We are just a two minute walk from Ladbroke Grove station or 15 min walk to Notting Hill Gate, we’re also served by a large number of buses and surrounded by Boris Bikes. We are in the heart of Portobello Road market and within walking distance of Hyde Park, Holland Park and Regents Canal. It’s a lovely area with lots of great things right on our doorstep.
