The room is upstairs at the front of the flat. Its a larger than-average room at around 4m x 4.5m and has plenty of space for a desk as well as a double bed and wardrobe. The ensuite has its own electric shower.

Downstairs there is a good-sized shared kitchen/living area also around 4m x 4.5m.

Flat is sharing with Will and Cormac who both work full time

Situation wise the flat is above a shop near Lewisham fire station. Short walk to Ladywell and Lewisham stations and all the Lewisham shops, bars and restaurants. Access is from Lewisham High Street down a private entrance then via the rear with a flight of metal steps outside to reach the front door.
