Wherever possible we aim to keep the genders in our houses mixed so that we don’t have guys/girls only houses. The age range for our houses is strictly between 20-39, we’ll let you know the age range in the houses you're interested in so that you can judge whether or not it would be a good match for you.
All of our members are in full time employment - this is non-negotiable, so you can be comfortable in the knowledge that you’ll be sharing with professionals preferred
