Bright small single room next to Hilly Fields

We’re looking for a friendly new (female) housemate to join our lovely home! We’re a quiet household and definitely not a party house, so we’re looking for someone who is respectful and considerate of the other people they live with. We really value having a friendly, social atmosphere at home — whether that’s the occasional movie night, takeaway or sharing a bottle of wine — but we also understand the importance of having your own space and enjoying some peace and privacy. We have a shared cleaning rota, so it’s important that everyone is happy to do their share and keep the house clean and tidy.

The room is a small, bright single room and comes furnished. Bills average around £170 per month, depending on the time of year. We have a good-sized lounge, large kitchen, garden and shared bathroom, with parking available on the front drive.

You’d be living with two girls, both working professionals in their late 20s/early 30s.

The house is in a great location, with some nice pubs nearby, lovely Hilly Fields just a short walk away, and Lewisham Shopping Centre around a 10-minute walk.

There are also four stations within walking distance:
• Ladywell – 8 mins
• Lewisham – 12 mins
• St Johns – 12 mins
• Brockley – 15 mins
