Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights.
You cannot stay on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
On Fridays the room must be free by 11 am max.
+ £40 for each additional extra night. If you require a little alternative weekly schedule, I am flexible, and we may negotiate it.

Peaceful 2-bed flat, you’ll be sharing with me-a friendly, respectful music industry professional.

Rent is £625 per month, including ALL bills (council tax, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and gas); the deposit is £625.

The room comes furnished, ideal for professionals looking for a quiet place to sleep after work in Zone 1.

The place is really well connected by tube: Lambeth North station (Bakerloo line) is a 6-minute walk, Elephant and Castle station (Northern Line) is 9 minutes, and Waterloo station (Jubilee Line) is 12 minutes.

I'd like to share the flat only with CLEAN and NOT NOISY professionals, preferably with a 9-5pm working schedule; no party-house people, please. Considering that it is in zone 1, the area is calm. Single occupancy, no WFH, and no night shifts, please.
