The room is available from 1st April 2026 for a minimum of 2 weeks. New DOUBLE BED frame. Rental dates are flexible.
Rent is £225 per week, including ALL bills (council tax, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and gas).

- 9-minute walk from Elephant and Castle
- Short walk from Kennington and Waterloo
- Short walk from Tesco, Sainsbury's and Iceland

The place is really well connected by tube: Lambeth North station (Bakerloo line) is a 6-minute walk, Elephant and Castle station (Northern Line) is 9 minutes, and Waterloo station (Jubilee Line) is 12 minutes.
