MONDAY-THURSDAY (mid-week rental)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights.
You cannot stay on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
On Fridays the room must be free by 10 am max.
+ £40 for each additional extra night.
Short term only, 1 min to 8 months max.

The property is a 2-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The room comes furnished. You can chose between a double bed frame or a single bed frame.

Rent is due 12th of each month and it is £610 per month including ALL bills (council tax, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, gas), deposit is £300.

The apartment is a little dated but tidy and clean, making it perfect for professionals working in Central who want a peaceful place to sleep in Zone 1 and leave for home on the weekends.

You will share the flat with a music producer/live sound engineer 40 (Italian naturalised British).

I would prefer to share the flat with clean and not noisy professionals, no party-house people please. Considering that it is in zone 1, the area is calm.. Single occupancy only and no guests allowed, with a working schedule 9-5 or similar, no WFH, no night shifts please. Respectful of privacy.

A little about me: I'm into swimming-gym, music, psychology, science, literature, Netflix, food, I'm 40, in London since 10 years and I live in this flat since 9 years. I work from home as music producer with a 10am-6pm working schedule, and in the weekends as live sound engineer in various London venues, no noise or music during odd hours.

You are very welcome to tell a bit about yourself, your working-weekly schedule and what do you expect from your flatmates. Politeness, being tidy and clean is a must here. I usually tend to keep to myself in the flat but a chat or a drink at the pub from time to time is always welcomed :)
