Just a heads-up: the flat isn’t modern, and there’s a bit of cosmetic wear in places, which is reflected in the price.

The place is really well connected by tube: Lambeth North station (Bakerloo line) is a 6-minute walk, Elephant and Castle station (Northern Line) is 9 minutes, and Waterloo station (Jubilee Line) is 12 minutes.
