Double room available in cozy, social Lambeth flat

Hi everyone!

We are looking for a new housemate to take over a double room in our 3-bed flat near Lambeth North, available from the end of June. Rent is £1031/month, with bills usually around £120 on top.

🏠 You’d be living with me, Danae (26, Italian) and Pera (27, French). We both work full-time and are good friends, and the flat is a pretty relaxed, friendly place to live. We like hanging out together - movie nights with the projector, aperitivo, or the occasional shared dinner - but we also have our own routines and respect each other’s space.

In general, we are into things like live music, gym/dance, cooking, travelling, reading, and regularly trying new places around our area.

🌳 The flat itself is spacious and really comfortable. There's a big living room, a separate kitchen (with dishwasher), two bathrooms, and a small courtyard. It’s on a quiet, leafy street, which is amazing given how central it is.

Location-wise, it's super convenient - about a 10-minute walk to Kennington and Lambeth North stations, around 15 minutes to Waterloo and Vauxhall, and easy access to central and everywhere else. There’s also a bus stop right outside. We're close to the river too, which is great for walks, and there are loads of nice cafés, restaurants, and parks nearby.

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, and easy-going - ideally someone who’s up for the occasional chat or hangout but also has their own thing going on.
