Lambeth North (SW, Zone 1) Room Sublet - Dec-Jan

Hi everyone! I’m subletting my lovely double room in a 3-bed flat in Lambeth North for about 7 weeks while I’m away travelling. The room is available from 7 December to 23 January, but I'm also open to shorter stays. The price is £254 per week or £1770 for the whole period, with all bills included - and I’m happy to chat or negotiate a little for the right person.

🏠 You’d be sharing the flat with my two close friends, Pera (26, French) and Emily (28, English). They both work full-time and are super friendly, clean, and easy-going. The vibe at home is warm and relaxed; we often have movie nights with the projector or cook dinner together, and the flat generally feels very cozy and welcoming.

🌳 The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, with a big living room, a separate kitchen (complete with dishwasher), two bathrooms, and a small courtyard for a bit of outdoor space. It’s on a quiet, leafy street, which is such a lovely bonus considering how central it is. Kennington (Northern Line) and Lambeth North (Bakerloo) are both about a 10-minute walk away, Waterloo is around 15 minutes, Westminster is about 20, and Covent Garden roughly 30. There’s also a bus stop right outside the flat, and the neighbourhood is full of great cafés, restaurants, and local gems. The Thames is a short walk away for all the lovely river walks, and there are also several parks nearby!
