I’m looking for a considerate, tidy, and positive professional to take over the bright ensuite room starting from Oct (flexible). Please note, I am a live-in sub landlord so I am looking for a long-term lodger.

Respectful of Shared Agreements: Reliable with rent/bills schedules, considerate of security, and mindful regarding shared household guidelines.

I’m a working professional in tech marketing (Ghanaian/Dutch) and have lived in London for 4 years.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and love a warm, harmonious atmosphere at home. I travel occasionally for work and personal trips, and spend time seeing friends and my partner. I’m always happy to share a cup of tea or chat about our days, while fully respecting each other’s personal time and space.

📍 Location & Transport
Situated in a well-connected pocket of Kennington:
Tube: 7-minute walk to Kennington Station (Northern Line) and 10 minutes to Lambeth North (Bakerloo Line).

Bus: Direct bus stops right outside the front door.

As I am dutch: 10min lime bike to Soho

Neighborhood: Nice local cafes, independent restaurants, and gyms nearby, with quick access to Waterloo, Bermondsey, Battersea, and Clapham.
