10-min walk to Waterloo (Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo, and Waterloo & City lines + Overground).
15-min walk to Westminster and the vibrant South Bank.

The Room:

The room is fully furnished and maximized for space. It features a large built-in wardrobe, plenty of under-bed storage, and your own desk and chair— ready for working from home days.

The Flat Setup & Housemates:

The flat is a tidy, respectful, and friendly home.

There is currently one full-time professional tenant (who has a TV setup with Netflix etc. in the lounge) and one part-time flatmate who only stays two nights a week. There is also a second, single room available soon so ideal if friends are looking together.

Rent includes: Internet, council tax, and water.
Bonus: Central heating is fully included too, so no winter surprises!

Not included: Electricity, which is split evenly and usually runs around £10–15 per month per person.
