I am due to remortgage at the end of the year, at which point I’ll put an en-suite in the corner of the bedroom. In the meantime, if you require a short term let please get in touch. I may be willing to extend a little after Xmas Eve, but certainly not into the new year!
The room is on the first floor of well presented, lovely redbrick flat. The flat itself comprises of 4 bedrooms (currently 1 room available & 2 other flat mates) & 1 bathroom.
The entrance hall is 15' 3" x 3' 8" (4.65m x 1.11m), reception room 12' 2" x 13' 11" (3.72m x 4.24m ) and the kitchen measures 7' 5" x 9' 11" (2.25m x 3.02)
The flat is down the road from Waterloo train station. You can find the location on googlemaps- Hercules Road, post code is SE1 7DX, see the (far too many to mention) amenities, Lambeth North tube – 90 seconds walk, Waterloo train station – (a timed) 8 minutes, everything you need is pretty much around the corner.
ONE MONTHS rent in advance is what you’ll have to pay prior to moving in, no deposit or anything else to pay!
