We have a room available in our flat starting early September. The flat is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Lambeth North Station and a 15-minute walk from Waterloo.

The flat features a communal sitting room, a small balcony, and is on the first floor. You would be sharing the space with three other housemates Olly, Larry and James but James will also be leaving to move into his own place with his partner. We’re looking for a working professional who is interested in a long-term living arrangement.

We’ve been living together for over seven years and are all working professionals who moved to London for their careers and studies. We work in the fields of Civil Service, AI Programming, and Charity Work. We enjoy fitness activities and hobbies, and also like sharing meals together on occasion.

We are seeking someone who fits well with our relaxed yet tidy living style. We value responsibility and cleanliness but also enjoy a friendly and laid-back atmosphere. If this can be you please get in touch!
