Moving in: The tenancy will begin on 21st February

Rent: The rent is £960 per month including bills

Deposit: The deposit is 5 weeks rent (roughly £1100). There are also previous accommodation and workplace referencing conducted which take a week or 2.

Tenancy:
The initial tenancy is 6 months let from SP Property.

Location: The flat is based in the very centre of Waterloo, based at the top of Lower Marsh. Waterloo Station and Lambeth North Underground are both within a 5 minute walk. Southbank is super close by, with lots of shops, restaurants etc! All the transport links are great!

The flat:
The flat has 3 bedrooms, but sadly has no communal living room. The bathroom and toilet are seperate. The kitchen is on the smaller size, but has room for us all to have seperate cupboard space. There is also a washing machine (no tumble dryer) in the kitchen.
The flat is based on the 3rd floor with no lift.

Unfortunately there is no additional storage space, either for belongings or for bikes/scooters. But you can access the communal courtyard in the centre of the block of flats

The Room:
The room is a fairly average double room size (approx 2.5m x 3m) and comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. There is a large window that oversees the road and flats opposite

About us :
Currently living here is myself (Joe)a 25yo gay guy and James (26yo gay guy). I work in events and am onsite Monday - Friday whereas James is a Project Manager working from home predominantly with 1 day per week in the office
