My flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, and our landlord has given me permission to sublet her room until the end of the contract. We have a good relationship with the landlord who would be open to carry on renting the property to us once the contract ends mid-July 2025.

I'm a 27 year old working on my own start-up, so I am working from the flat a lot. I'm looking for a professional who is similar age and works in the office the majority of the time so that we don't step on each others toes. Also looking for someone sociable who I can get on with. Some of my interests include tennis, gym, F1, trying new restaurants, cinema.

The flat is great, on a lovely street. High ceilings, big windows and our bedrooms are on different levels. The available double room comes with its own bathroom but is not ensuite. We also have a great separate washing machine and dryer that are very effective. The heating and hot water system has recently been replaced and is working well. There is also good storage space in hallway cupboards.
