The room available is a large double with sole use of the bathroom next door. The room comes furnished with a kingsize bed, two bedside drawers, a wardrobe and 50 inch smart TV. There's plenty of space to add a desk, and additional furniture.

The property has really good transport links with Lea Bridge station a one minute walk away which can take you to Stratford in 6 minutes or Tottenham Hale in 4 minutes. Hackney Central is a 13 minute bus ride away.

There are a number of pubs and restaurants within close proximity, and Clapton is only a ten minute walk away. There is also an Aldi a few minutes walk away.

I work in events for Drumsheds and also produce/Dj electronic music. If you share an interest in electronic music that would be a bonus.

I love to cook at home, have friends over for dinners, watch a movie, some sport etc. The usual stuff.

As this is my home, I value sharing the space with someone I could consider a friend, and would socialising in our free time.
