Two-bed flat in Lea Bridge, right next to Jubilee Park which connects to the marshes.

Available from May 18 until June 24, but some flexibility on dates - so feel free to get in touch re. availability.

Double room available for all of May and June, sharing with one female housemate. This is my room and I own the flat; I’ll be working away so you’ll be sharing with my housemate. Quiet professionals who don’t/ rarely work from home preferred.

Comfortable shared living room with sofa, dining table, desk, piano and space for yoga etc.. Decent size garden with patio.

Less than 10 minutes to Lea Bridge overground, with regular connections to Stratford (Elizabeth, Jubilee, Central lines etc.) and Tottenham Hale (Victoria line). Good cycle lanes and buses (55, 56) at the end of the road. Large Aldi two minutes away, and various delis and coffee shops close by. Within walking distance to Chatsworth Road and Walthamstow village.
