We are two creatives -- a filmmaker/carpenter and a musician/composer -- looking for a third person to join our little community at Mainyard Studios.
The available studio is a large, flexible space downstairs. It can be reconfigured to suit how you work, and can be made much larger than what you see in the photos. It works well for one person, or could be shared between two. It's hard to appreciate it until you see it in person, so we'd love to show you around. There is currently a studwall framed and ready for customisation, which can be removed or left to finish!
It would suit artists, makers and creatives as well as body workers and facilitators who need a proper work space rather than just a desk in a room.
Rent is £800 pcm
Access includes:
– Free onsite parking
– Shutter doors to car park (good for unloading / loading etc)
– Access to kitchen in the studio
– Serviced showers and toilets
– Flexible studio configuration -- management are very relaxed about building and modifying
– Friendly and creative community environment
– Dog friendly
– All bills included (except electricity)
– 24 hour security / cctv
– Onsite carpenters available to help configure your space
