The house
We have a large garden and a bright, open plan living room and kitchen. The double room is on the smaller side but perfectly formed, with EXTERNAL storage available outside the room.

5-minute walk to Lea Bridge station
6 minutes by train to Stratford
Around 10 minutes to Tottenham
10 minute walk to Hackney Marshes
An easy cycle along the canal to Hackney Wick or Walthamstow
A bit about us
We're a queer household made up of two 36 year olds. Sam is teacher who's into techno and camping, and i'm a musician and part time bar worker.
We're not a party house, but we enjoy a catch up in the evenings and at weekends. We're looking for someone friendly, considerate and easygoing who enjoys a sociable home while respecting each other's space.
Who we're looking for
Ideally, a professional in their late 20s or older who's looking for a long-term home (one year minimum). Benefits are accepted.
