Lee train station is 10 mins walk away offering direct links to London Bridge, London Cannon street, Waterloo East and London Charing Cross.
A large Sainsbury's supermarket is just a 5 mins walk away.
All bills included (council tax/gas/electricity/water/fibre broadband /service charge)
Flat is fully furnished, including double bed/mattress, drawers and wardrobe.
Plenty of free parking outside and a private bike shed locker if required.
This room is for single occupancy only; no couples please.
