Two rooms to rent while owners are away

We’re renting out our home for three months while we go travelling, and we’re looking for some lovely people to take good care of it while we’re away 💚

It’s a three-bedroom house, but we’re renting it as a two-bedroom, as we’ll be keeping the third bedroom locked for storage. Both bedrooms are a really good size - one has a king-size bed and the other a split superking.

The house has been lovingly renovated by us over the last few years, with much blood, sweat and tears. So, while we’re excited to be working away for a little while, we’d really love to find someone who’ll enjoy it and look after it as if it were their own.

It has:
- A beautiful, newly renovated kitchen
- A large private garden and patio
- A spacious, cosy living room
- Off-street parking
- Two large bedrooms
- A dedicated workspace in one bedroom
- Great transport links into London (nearest stations are Lee and Grove Park, and the 261 bus passes by the end of the road)
- Lots of green space, parks and woods nearby

It’s a lovely, peaceful spot, but you can still get into central London really easily - depending on the train, around 12-25 minutes to London Bridge, Waterloo East or Charing Cross. Super quick to Canary Wharf and the city, too.

We think it would particularly suit someone who needs somewhere for a few months - perhaps you’re renovating, between homes, relocating to the area, or just need a temporary base for work.

Whatever the reason you'd like to stay, we’re happy to rent with a lodger or holiday let contract.
